Overview

The Customer Relations Representative 1 is responsible for processing communications with customers regarding product and/or service complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding service complaints.
  • Process written documentation of service complaints.
  • Perform data entry into software system for computer records regarding the complaint.
  • Correspond with the appropriate Cook entity based on the complaint.
  • Perform service complaint investigations.
  • Responsible for issuing account actions for customers.
  • Responsible for the closure of customer complaints.
  • Follow up with any requested actions to meet customers' needs.
  • Provide clerical support as needed.
  • Ability to stay organized in an environment with interruptions.
  • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.
  • Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Must maintain company quality and quantity standards.
  • Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Requires 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Cook product knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience in keyboarding required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using effected customer relation skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Works under general office environmental conditions.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA.
