Position Overview
Umpqua Sand & Gravel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support across various functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.
Location: Roseburg, OR
Wage: $28 - $32/HR, DOE
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Front Desk Administration
Assist with administrative tasks as needed including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, mail distribution, processing of ROA checks, processing of fuel logs, receiving and applying customer payments in person and over the phone, settling daily cash bags, directing and sending incoming BOL's, and ordering of general office supplies.
Construction Administration Support
Support the preparation and distribution of construction contracts, invoices, and project documents. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction projects. Utilize construction software to manage customer accounts, populate jobs in internal point of sale systems, and produce job costing setup. Support and coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders, departments and management.
Inside Sales Coordination
Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide information on products and services. Support the commercial team with order processing, communications, and follow-ups. Ensure effective communication between commercial team and other departments.
