HR Manager, Commercial (Finance)



This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Let's make that impact together.As an HR Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and assisting the overall HR strategy, partnering with various HR functions and business guides to foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.MUST HAVES:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in commercial business support or a related field, with a focus on HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong HR skills, including legal and process compliance
  • Ability to influence leaders and others
  • High ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
  • Previous experience in large, global businesses with cultural and organizational understanding
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong employee relations skills and continuous improvement focus
  • Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and thoughtfulness.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR activities.

The HR Manager will provide HR business partnership/leadership primarily for the Commercial, IT, and M&A organizations. There will be exposure to significant organizational design, project management, and business transformation initiatives. You will actively engage in staffing critical leadership roles and building internal succession, organizational development, and talent management, in addition to utilizing your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with your client groups.
