Stockroom Associate I (Manufacturing)



Job Summary:

Primary duty is SMT trolley set up only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to read, follow and understand detailed and complex work instructions.
  • Must be able to work with your hands, all day, with dexterity.
  • Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.
  • Must be able to put parts on feeders, and then on the trolley in the correct slots.
  • Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues.
  • Must perform “splicing” of parts together in the correct format.
  • Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly.
  • Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
  • Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.
  • Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.
  • Must verify (audit) the work of others.
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.
  • Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.
  • Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.

Pay Rate:  $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.  This is a temporary position for 1-3 months.
