Stockroom Associate I (Manufacturing)
Job Summary:
Primary duty is SMT trolley set up only.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to read, follow and understand detailed and complex work instructions.
- Must be able to work with your hands, all day, with dexterity.
- Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.
- Must be able to put parts on feeders, and then on the trolley in the correct slots.
- Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues.
- Must perform “splicing” of parts together in the correct format.
- Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly.
- Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
- Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.
- Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.
- Must verify (audit) the work of others.
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.
- Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
- Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.
- Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. This is a temporary position for 1-3 months.
