Guest Services Shuttle Driver at The Blake (Transportation)
As the Guest Services Shuttle Driver, you are responsible for transporting our guests to and from safely and efficiently while working closely with Guest Services staff. In this role you will provide our guests transportation and access to recreation and activities in and around our area. As the Guest Services Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning and maintaining vehicles and report to the Front Office Manager.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Able to drive in any weather condition. Reliable attendance on all scheduled shifts. Is legally able to drive a motor vehicle in the State of New Mexico and can pass the required medical and driving tests as required by TSV. Greets all passengers consistently and offers assistance as a representative of TSV. Maintains a pleasant and cheerful attitude in and out of the shuttle. Communicates effectively with Front Office Manager and Guest Services Staff. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills; is able to maintain premier quality service required by the regional door-to-door service. Records crucial data in Vehicle Logs. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Maintains a professional appearance. Maintains a clean driving record. Is able to drive any vehicle assigned to him/her. Handles minor conflict in traffic in Taos or Taos Ski Valley calmly and professionally

Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. TSVI is located in a high altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Frequently lifting up to 10-25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50-75 pounds. Sitting approximately 30-40% of the time. Walking, reaching and bending approximately 30-40% of the time. This position requires individuals to speak and hear as they interact with guests on a frequent basis. This position will require individuals to be out in winter conditions 10% of the time.
Background Check
Positions dealing with children, of safety sensitive and/or confidential nature, require driving or positions that handle cash may require a background check and MVR check. Employment is contingent upon a favorable background check and MVR check.
