HR Generalist
Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking an HR Generalist as a Remote position. Preferred candidates will be located within the Central or Eastern time zones. Job Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will support the Design & Engineering team in the Americas by managing HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and providing analytical insights to inform strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and policy compliance.
• Oversee HRIS administration including records maintenance and data audits.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and CoEs to ensure HR compliance and operational support.
• Support implementation of HR policies and provide procedural guidance.
• Assist in Employee Relations and overflow client support for the Americas D&E Leadership team.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver workforce analytics and strategic reports.
• Support performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with Employee Relations and compliance activities.
• Preferred experience in the software, automotive, or networking industry.
• Familiarity with working in global or cross-functional HR teams.

Work Environment
This role is remote, ideally located in the Central or Eastern time zones. The work is primarily performed using standard office equipment. Employees must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and frequently operate a computer. Regular communication with team members across time zones is required. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).
