B2B Marketing Advisor (Content & Campaign Development) - Verity Solutions - Kirkland, WA (Finance)



OBJECTIVE

The Segment Marketing Advisor is responsible for the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies to drive growth for products and services for Verity Solutions , an Evernorth Health Services specialty business providing pharmacy supply chain technology solutions. Candidate will develop and manage marketing content and campaign assets and will be able to add creative and executional value to become an indispensable partner to the team. This role requires strong business-to-business (B2B) campaign development experience to drive sales growth and promote brand awareness in expanding markets. Candidate will partner with marketing leadership and internal partners in strategy development across a suite of solutions. Candidate will possess keen ability to understand the pharmacy supply chain industry and solutions and translate business objectives and impacts into sound B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns. Candidate will leverage multi-channel experiences and test and learn process.

This role is an opportunity to impact and contribute to the Verity Solutions business at all levels and requires a strategic mindset, the ability to collaborate with and influence business and matrix partners, and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment, cutting through the clutter to deliver impactful results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a strong understanding of Verity buyers' unique challenges and motivators. Target audiences include hospitals, health systems, community health centers, retail and specialty pharmacies, and buy and bill practices.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Verity offerings and position to address and solve customer challenges.
  • Develop a content strategy, maintain brand standards and manage Verity's social media presence.
  • Build B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase understanding of differentiators.
  • Collaborate with marketing team peers to help execute campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with peers to manage department/team priorities and workflow to support collective business needs.
  • Leverage internal tools and processes to track, manage and execute deliverables, such as Asana, Sprout, SharePoint, Adobe Express, Marketo, WordPress, and O365. Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus.
  • Build skills and engage in ongoing education to achieve business results.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL OFFER

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of marketing strategy experience
  • Strong ability to understand and grasp marketing strategy development, leverage data and insights, link business need to action and leverage digital tactics/channels to execute marketing strategy.
  • Ability to take a project from strategy to delivery of tactics in market.
  • Health care industry experience strongly preferred. Experience marketing within SaaS company, pharmacy industry, or hospital is a plus but not required.
  • 340B program background a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment across multiple functions and in support of diverse buying groups.
  • Critical thinker and creative problem-solver, who exercises good judgment in resolving difficult situations, prioritizes and can balance business needs with objectives.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and requirements.
  • Experience executing strategy within time, budget, and quality standards.

Travel required occasionally (less than 20%).

This role is Work-at-Home (WAH). Seattle, WA area home base preferred but not required.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 97,600 - 162,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
