Your Experience:

We're targeting exceptional candidates with backgrounds such as:

• Top-tier strategy consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte Monitor, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, etc.)
• Corporate Strategy / Corporate Development within asset managers, wealth managers, or diversified financial institutions

What You'll Do:

• Support high-impact strategy engagements with asset and wealth managers on growth, digital transformation, M&A, operating model redesign, and more.
• Assist client executives by helping them navigate disruption and make impactful decisions.
• Develop frameworks, shape deliverables, and guide consulting teams through ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Own project delivery and client satisfaction from scoping through implementation.
• Work with senior A&M leaders to build client relationships and drive new business development opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior talent while contributing to the team's intellectual capital.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy/development, or private equity/investment banking focused on Asset or Wealth Management.
• A track record of leading strategic engagements and advising senior clients.
• Deep understanding of trends and challenges across Asset Management - from product evolution and digital disruption to M&A and cost transformation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client leadership skills.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build something meaningful.

About Us:

Alvarez & Marsal is a leading global professional services firm known for leadership, action, and results. Our Financial Services practice is growing rapidly and offers a unique platform for strategic thinkers who want to make a real impact in the industry.

Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

The salary range is $150,000 - $195,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
