and fellow technicians to develop cutting-edge manufacturing methods, processes,
and equipment that integrate industrial gases and cryogens into the food
industryDepending on the size of the project and assigned scope, play a major role or take ownership in designing, fabricating, assembling, then troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining bench, pilot, and full-scale commercial equipment with a focus on stainless steel industrial prototypes, primarily in the Food & Beverage industryLeverage your trade skills, company provided hand and power tools and your creativity in building and modifying equipment, applying non-standard techniques and methods to solve complex challenges, often working from initial sketches, engineering drawings, or verbal instructionsUtilize hands-on skills especially T.I.G. welding, machining, machine shop tools, and test instruments to bring innovative systems to lifePartner with other team members to conduct laboratory, pilot plant, and field trials, contributing ideas and solutions in an R&D laboratory environment, as well as during equipment start-ups in food manufacturing environments
