Vice President, Supplemental Health Products (Finance)
The Group Insurance business is undergoing a transformation which includes expanding product offerings and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
We are currently seeking a passionate individual to become part of the Product organization, as VP, Supplemental Health Products. This role will report into the VP, Head of Voluntary Benefits and will be accountable for creating and delivering on a Product strategy and roadmap that is aligned to the P&L's overall priorities, with a focus on profitably growing Prudential's Group Supplemental Health book of business. They will lead a team that is aligned to the Group Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity products with responsibility for Product Development and Product Management including related services and customer experiences.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $185,100.00 to $250,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
