About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Graveyard Power Washer & Special Projects Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our clients' property during off-hours(graveyard), while also supporting a variety of special maintenance and projects.
Key Responsibilities

Operate power washing equipment to clean sidewalks, building exteriors, parking lots, and other surfaces.
Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks in outdoor and indoor areas.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of work completed and materials used.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests during shift hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial services, or a similar role preferred.
Experience with power washing equipment and basic hand tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Valid driver's license.
