The Marketing Operations team is looking for a n A ssociate P rogram M anager team member to assist with operations for global growth marketing projects as well as budget and accounts payable processes .

An ideal candidate should be extremely detailed oriented, have a background in project management, finance and / or accounting, and enjoy working across multiple teams to coordinate marketing projects and processes with a focus on maintaining project budgets and timelines. Candidates should have experience with complex business organizational models including international or cross-franchise payments and accruals .

Job Duties:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate campaign processes and timelines , maintaining project documentation , task lists , and deliverables

  • Drive stakeholders and teams to deliver against agreed upon tasks and timelines

  • Partner with data and analytics teams to provide detailed reporting for campaigns

  • Provide ongoing project status & progress reports

  • Support internal projects, such as process improvements, and new platform implementations as needed

  • Track, reconcile and report on invoices received, paid, and outstanding

  • Work with marketing teams to review spend levels against PO's and budgets

  • Manage accounts payable processes for media and software partners

  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for campaign execution, including onboarding, establish ing purchase orders, and manag ing approvals

  • Ensure timely payment of invoices

Key Attributes:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working on global marketing campaigns

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts payable

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in relevant field

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with strong initiative

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Pluses

  • Experience at an international organization with multiple business units

  • Experience with marketing project management tools, such as Wrike

  • Experience working within an agency, and/or experience managing POs/Invoicing on an in-house media buying team

  • Experience working at an entertainment and/or gaming company

  • Passion for Blizzard games

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
