Sr. Director Entity & Core Software Engineering (Hybrid) (Finance)
The Healthcare Services API Strategy Management/Microservices Senior Director is an awesome opportunity to be on the frontlines evolving the way our organization builds and delivers software applications. The Entity Platforms are designed to form the backbone of the Evernorth applications that power our business. Entities are a collection of tightly defined micro-services and business interaction APIs designed to provide fast, reliable, and consistent information to both internal and external consumers. The footprint includes over 50 distinct products across PBM, Pharmacy, Customer, Practitioner, Digital, and Clinical domains.
This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, relationship building, and ability to mobilize a large team towards multiple objectives while adjusting to accommodate emerging business opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to showcase engineering principles related to the technology stack (micro-services, event-based vs. real-time processing, data replication & reconciliation) and have a history of implementing complex programs. They need to demonstrate a pattern of partnering across multiple organizations to deliver robust solutions while balancing competing priorities. They must identify and champion opportunities to expand the platform while delivering date-driven business requirements to external and internal consumers.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 189,300 - 315,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
