Spa Supervisor - Hilton Waikoloa Village (Finance)

The scenic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Spa Supervisorto join The Kohala Spa. Spanning 62 acres of Hawaiian Paradise on Hawaii's Big Island, our property sits on the sunny and picturesque Kohala Coast. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in spa operations, demonstrate a positive attitude, have a hands-on approach to leadership, and be flexible with their schedule.

• Classification: Full Time
• Shifts: Full availability including weekends and holidays
• Pay rate: $ 26.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

A spa supervisor provides support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Participates in marketing, merchandising, programming
• Conducting inventory,
• Recording and tracking financial statistics
• Management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.
• Performs duties of staff positions as needed.
