Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and auditing training programs across all departments at a station, ensuring up-to-date curriculum, accurate record retention, and effective placement of new hires while identifying and addressing training needs.

Job Duties:

• Coordinates training functions across all accounts and departments at a station.

• Ensures that current training curriculum's and supporting training materials are up to date and the training resources are available to complete all required training.

• Ensures that all required record retention is being completed per company guidelines.

• Updates and administers the automated training record keeping system(s).

• Audits Training records and appropriately resolves any discrepancies.

• Assists in determining training needs within the station.

• Prepares reports for distribution detailing training activity and/or training areas that require improvement or correction.

• Coordinates with operational leaders to ensure employees complete recurrent training to maintain compliance.

• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements

• One+ year of relevant experience. Must be open minded and ready to work as part of a detail-oriented team.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
