Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 Based on experience

As our Senior Billing & Pricing Systems Specialist, you will:

• Manage and optimize our billing and pricing systems to ensure data accuracy and peak performance
• Develop and maintain Excel-based templates (including VBA/macros) to support system automation and reporting
• Troubleshoot data feed and system issues, collaborating with IT and business partners for resolution
• Serve as the go-to expert for platforms like SAP, COMN, WCSS, MDTS, and others
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Operations to align system capabilities with strategic objectives
• Support invoice generation, pricing updates, and ensure compliance with internal controls (including ISO documentation)
• Provide user training and support to enhance adoption and maximize system effectiveness
• Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and processes
• Mentor junior specialists and contribute to special projects as a senior team leader

What We're Looking For:

System Expertise - Strong experience working with ERP, CRM, or pricing/billing systems (SAP, Business Objects, COMN, etc.)
Excel Mastery - Advanced Excel skills (including VBA/macros and large data sets); creative problem-solving encouraged
Experience - 5+ years working with billing, pricing, or financial systems in a technical or business environment
Analytical Thinker - A sharp eye for data accuracy, system flows, and workflow optimization
Collaborative Communicator - Ability to partner across departments and explain complex systems in simple terms
Mentorship Mindset - Experience guiding junior team members and contributing to larger team goals
Adaptability - Comfortable leading change and managing evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
