Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery (Finance)
Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery in Jacksonville, Florida.
The selected leader will provide expert surgical care, leading a team of pediatric neurosurgeons and healthcare professionals and develop strategic initiatives to improve outcomes, access and innovation in neurosurgical care for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic, operational and financial management of the pediatric neurosurgery division
- Recruit, mentor and evaluate faculty and staff
- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, clinical protocols and quality initiatives
- Represent the division at hospital leadership meetings and contribute to institutional strategy
- Oversee the quality, safety, and efficiency of pediatric neurosurgical services
- Ensure departmental participation in multidisciplinary care with neurology, oncology, orthopedics, intensive care, and rehabilitation teams

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board certified in specialty
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
