A Day in the Life
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
  • Organize and schedule PRB meeting with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reviews
  • Coordinate activities and schedules for operators and PRB Technicians to support product review processes.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain documentation such as agendas, meeting minutes and action items.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison between departments to ensure clear communication of product changes, feedback, and decisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication during PRB meetings.
  • Monitor the progress of product review actions and provide regular updates to management and relevant teams.
  • Develop reports to track review outcomes and action items.
  • Ensure product reviews comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process.
  • Monitors programs/project/system status, budgets and timetables.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • Experience in project coordination or product management.
  • Proficiency in Factory Works, SAP, Microsoft Office, project management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
