CORP H&W/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (Finance)

- Bachelor's Degree healthcare or business related field
- Any experience successfully identifying, adopting and leading change initiatives
- Ability to gain alignment across multiple parts of the organization and works in collaboration with stakeholders and peer groups
- Ability to facilitate/translate strategic business requirements into strategic solutions
- Competent in developing and delivering innovative solutions to diverse and complex problems- Maintain contract management and RFP processes, new opportunity requests, status and reporting of the same within Salesforce
- Support KH leaders by managing payor requests, credentialing, member grievances, attestations, rebill requests, reimbursement appeals, etc., to maximize contract profitability compliance
- Verify and monitor contracting to ensure appropriate NDAs are in place when sharing any information, creating/redlining contracts and/or SOWs
- Work with Contracting and Operations teams to implement contracts/programs based on agreed upon services/products
- Support payor/client relationships including client meetings, invoicing, and addressing opportunities
- Participate in the creation/delivery of quarterly business reviews with payors/clients
- Facilitate reporting needs for contracting team leveraging existing tools, working with internal teams and external payors/clients
- Communicate with KH leaders on contract performance, successes and improvement areas
- Make recommendations and help in execution of process improvement initiatives for contract management team
- Participate in special projects as assigned by KH leaders
- Work with Finance to ensure revenue is captured and invoices are paid by client as appropriate
- Apply knowledge and expertise of third party contracting and healthcare industry to assist in educating and supporting division/store teams on claim issues
- Lead maintenance and organization of contracting and RFP repositories
- Collaborate with credentialing specialists to ensure contract compliance
- Travel regionally to meet with groups to review performance of services and to support business needs
