T etra Tech is looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions, which includes advertising open positions, active candidate sourcing, performing initial candidate assessments, offer negotiation, and more.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and key leaders; act as a key consultant to managers to proactively identify hiring needs and effective recruiting solutions.
  • Establish and maintain proactive candidate pipeline generations efforts, creating strategic candidate pools to effectively meet long-term hiring needs.
  • Interpret job requirements and technical hiring needs to create compelling job advertisements, ensuring that all job postings are consistent in branding, design and tone.

To be a successful Recruiter, you'll need to be:
  • A Human Resources or Recruiting professional with a minimum of one year of experience performing full cycle recruiting activities, including posting open jobs in an ATS, sourcing and screening applicants, and supporting hiring managers with offer negotiations. Your experience should demonstrate a general understanding effective sourcing and interviewing techniques as well as federal laws and regulations as they relate to recruiting and hiring. Prior experience recruiting for civil engineering positions within a professional services firm is strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Able to effectively source candidates and/or assess a candidate's qualifications relative to the hiring needs of a position.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Able to develop a strong rapport with hiring managers across all locations and teams.
  • K nowledgeable in current ATS technology, demonstrating the ability to maintain job requisitions and generate offer letters with minimal errors.
  • Able to provide a high level of customer service to all clients, emphasizing responsiveness and dependability.
  • Effective at communicating in written and verbal formats, including the ability to communicative effectively across multiple mediums (email, chat boxes, phones, etc.)

  • A fair and equitable compensation package, which includes flexible health benefits and paid time off options. The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $87,000; individual compensation will vary within this range based on your skills, qualifications and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position as well as geographic considerations.
