Maintenance Technician (Finance)



What will you do?
  • Fri-Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm - Work Schedule

  • This position is responsible for production coverage, quick responses to Andon's and daily maintenance, machine repairs, PM's (preventive maintenance) including electrical and mechanical repairs. Will review and quickly respond to Maintenance System for PM's and other requests.

What are the responsibilities?

• Perform repair and alignment of CNC (Computerized Numerically Controlled) and Testing Equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems as well as NC/CNC equipment and PLC's.

• Cross train within group and train under vendors/contractors brought on-site if applicable.

• Read and understand moderately complex to very complex schematics/blueprints, wiring diagrams, bill of materials, and schematics.

• Provide training and guidance when new maintenance associates are in the department.

• May interact with external Vendors and participate in plant layout activities.

• Must use computer systems.

• Establishes and maintains a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements.

• Maintains all certifications for group(s) and completes all required training.

• Daily 5S is a requirement.

• Performs other duties as required and often in other groups. Will train others as needed.
