Global Program Director - Robotic Cardiac Surgery Centers of Excellence (Finance)

Job Description
In collaboration with PEPS, design, standardize, and scale a new gated cardiac surgery team training curriculum for intracardiac and revascularization Davinci procedures.

  • Assist PEPs, Marketing and Sales to expand cardiac surgery training content, videos, and value validation tools.
  • Design and deploy a center-led cardiac team training curriculum that will improve the sustainability of new teams and is aligned with Intuitive training standards
  • Collaborate with approved third-party companies to coordinate additional training needs for non-Intuitive products critical to the successful adoption of Davinci robotic surgery for key programs
  • Support sales team as they consult with new hospitals, surgeons and care teams who are ready to enter the Davinci training pathway to ensure they meet vetting criteria and profile requirements.
  • Train and support the cardiac sales team on conducting the Onsite and OR Team Assessments for new teams approved to enter the DaVinci cardiac training pathway.
  • Expand Centers of excellence that will mentor new learners in alignment with cardiac team training pathway
  • Collaboration with Customer training on the launch of role specific training courses for First Assist, OR Nurse, Anesthesia, Perfusion and OR management
  • Collaboration with PEPs on launch of new ATM models and creation of standards for objective assessment
  • Collaboration with Genesis on new Dv5 program launch and post training support execution
  • Collaboration with MACA on expanding custom hospital analytics (CHA, QTI,)
  • Collaboration with GAVE on certification pathways with approved centers of excellence/teaching sites

First 12 months expectations:
  • Serve as SME with PEPS to integrate Endo-robotics, Inc training curriculum and assets with new gated pathway design that follows Intuitive training standards
  • Conduct Center led Pilot (Emory/Narayana) to validate new team training curriculum readiness for scale
  • Support Emory and Narayana to publish the pilot results (learning curve, clinical outcomes, ect)
  • Build 5 other US training sites to offer center led training (3-month program for MVR and 6week program for MIDCAB)
  • Consult with Asia and EU on future OUS mentor sites to launch
  • Work with Global sales teams to ensure they are following new Davinci Cardiac Training standards
  • Assist with launch of FA, OR Nurse, Anesthesia, Perfusion cardiac specialty course
  • Assist with standardization of digital OR solutions set up in the OR (SIM, TilePRO, ITP,)
  • Assist MACA/GAVE/CA to set up data sharing projects and customer validation references for key centers
  • Conduct training through approved centers for 10+ new programs.
  • Assist in the design of a new pricing model for cardiac training
  • Assist GAVE on the discovery and value of hospital center of excellence certification
  • Represent Intuitive as a speaker and SME at cardiac conferences and events
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree is required preferably in healthcare

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $168,800 USD - $253,200 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $143,500 USD - $215,300 USD
