Job Title: Sr. Product Operations Manager - Emerging Brands

Reports to: Product Director, Emerging Brands

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)

The Role

As the Sr. Product Operations Manager for Emerging Brands, you will be responsible for driving the inner workings of the Emerging Brands (Teva and AHNU) product creation teams. This role will drive the deliverables for the product team across multiple calendars, ensure PLM system information accuracy, alignment of cross-functional teams, and communicate updates between teams: Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, GTM, etc. You will create tools and implement best practices of collaboration used by Global and Regional teams each season to drive Global consistency and cross-functional clarity.

Your Impact

  • Ensure clear global communication and hitting deadlines with 100% accuracy in PLM systems in tandem with product line management and development teams.
  • Lead AHNU and TEVA monthly operations meetings.
  • Track launches across inline, capsule, and collaborations to ensure accuracy across calendars.
  • Track deliverables from Product, Design, and Development.
  • Interface with Global Brand Planning/Merchandising and GTM Planning teams and disseminate information (forecast, seasonal planning, etc.) to the Teva and AHNU product teams.
  • Manage a Buy/RTB calendar across multiple launches from Teva inline, TBA, Collaborations, AHNU inline, and Capsule.
  • Track all projects as they move through the calendar to ensure deadlines are being met and if delays occur, communicate and work through the downstream effects across teams.
  • Ensure all key milestones and deliverables are up-to-date with each updated seasonal calendar.
  • Analyze and improve existing GTM/Critical Path calendar approach to account for product triad needs, compromising where needed and creating a fresh, new approach where needed.
  • Work with Sr Manager, GTM Planning to make sure these are incorporated into the GTM calendar.
  • Translate GTM calendar into detailed processes and procedures achieving proper planning and timely completion necessary for successful execution of GTM activities delivery of commercial samples and production.
  • Support in creating clear business processes that enable efficient, simplified ways of working in order to meet critical GTM deadlines.
  • Oversee sample distribution and retention protocol, archive management, and key-gate sample needs in tandem with cross-functional team.
  • Manage sample showroom and product room presentation.
  • Develop, communicate, and help clarify ways of working, decision rights, objectives, and outcomes of milestone meetings to cross-functional global and regional stakeholders.
  • Support the development of standardized tools that enable Product Management, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Design teams to consistent and clear execution.
  • Work closely with Global and Regional cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities to streamline and simplify tools and ways of working.
  • Support issue resolution and support in driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders regarding opportunities to improve operational excellence within the organization.
  • Ensure adherence for deliverable deadlines and agreed-upon timelines.
  • Measure and report out on seasonally set KPI's.
  • Schedule all cross-functional meetings for key milestones.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings, as required.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience.
  • 8+ years experience working in a Global organization across functions such as Product, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Finance, Consumer Insights, or Consumer Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience managing GTM process is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate and influence challenging conversations with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Understand the inner workings of a Brand and how a season is designed, developed, and executed cross-functionally across Consumer Insights, Finance, Product, Design, Development, Merchandising, Brand, Marketing in partnership with Global & Regional teams.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adjust in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while driving results and maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Direct experience with managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.

$155,000-$165,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
