Sr. Finance Analyst (Finance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Forecast, manage and report fixed cost trends, and build a behavior of functional ownership. Support AOP and rolling forecast process and system loads.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.
• Review and look for areas of opportunities in the R&D spend by collaborating with the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will contribute to the success of our PMC business and help drive its growth and profitability. You will report directly to Director of Finance/ FP&A, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
