Advanced Test Engr (Finance)

As an Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our innovative products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing methodologies and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of product development by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience in advanced testing methodologies and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of hardware testing principles and practices and proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks, particularly in automated testing environments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills and abilities.

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for advanced testing of products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to execute tests and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Manage laboratory operations, including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and testing coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the lab team and other stakeholders.
