Enrollment Coordinator (Personal Services)

Job Summary
Primary responsibility is the on-going recruitment and enrollment of PACE participants. Communicates PACE philosophy, mission, and services to potential participants and their families and ensures understanding. Screens potential participants for eligibility and leads the enrollment process. Provides information to assist the team in determining eligibility. Works closely with community partners, funding sources and others .Assists with community outreach, marketing and education(s).
