Sr Account Manager-Turbomachinery (Finance)



Honeywell Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC) is the leader in Turbomachinery Train Optimization Services for the upstream, midstream and downstream Oil and Gas industries. Process, controls, safety and technology engineers, and plant managers optimize plant efficiency every day utilizing CCC's expertise.

As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success for CCC. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. This role can be located in Houston, TX or Des Moines IA and will work a hybrid schedule when not travelling to visit clients. For the first 90 days this role will require working in the office 5 days a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver valueadded solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth

  • 8+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
