Part Time Senior Research Associate (Cizik School of Nursing) (Finance)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to support a large, multi-site research initiative led by the Cizik School of Nursing. This role is central to the success of a national study focused on health outcomes and will involve extensive coordination across six research sites, a web development team, and creative partners.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Daily responsibilities include maintaining consistent communication with research team members to ensure project milestones are met, monitoring participant engagement and study compliance, and supporting recruitment and interview efforts.

Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Considerable knowledge in basic and sophisticated equipment.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field with four (4) years of related research experience including significant experience in a project management research role; or
Master's degree in related field with two (2) years of related research experience including significant experience in a project management research role; or
Doctorate degree.
Minimum Experience:
Years of experience varies based on education level.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.
