Your Day-to-Day: Assist Estimators and Project Managers with daily tasks Support acquisition of quotes, materials, and equipment Compose correspondence and prepare reports as needed Help coordinate project scheduling and subcontractors Willingness to work on jobsites and learn field operations Track submittals and ensure compliance with standards and procedures Learn to read and interpret blueprints Assist in maintaining project timelines in a fast-paced installation environment Utilize various software applications proficiently Support preparation of bid proposals Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table: Junior or Senior in Business Management or related field 1-2 years customer service or account management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF) Experience with internal systems for work orders, reports, and invoicing
