The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, KVD Beauty, Lip Lab.

The hourly payrate for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support the Creative Director with forward-thinking print and digital design that amplifies the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab brand experiences. Partnering in planning, managing, and delivering strategic brand assets from concept through execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Creative Director by providing creative solutions that meet business objectives
  • Participate in concept ideation for multichannel product marketing initiatives
  • Organize and design product launch style guides for global retail and marketing partners
  • Design print and digital assets, with a strong emphasis on visual merchandising
  • Deliver design projects on time and within budget with the highest standards of quality
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, print and digital design, visual merchandising, video, and photography; ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards
  • Deliver print-ready files for visual merchandising partners
  • Present assigned projects to cross-functional teams for feedback and final approval
  • Manage small to medium-scale photoshoots
  • Routinely collaborate with Brand Management, Marketing, Project Management, and Content Marketing teams
  • Manage a small team of Designers and Production Designers
  • Design elevated creative assets under a strict and fast-paced timeline
  • Maintain and advance the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab creative vision

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree: BA or BFA preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer for a beauty/fashion retailer or creative agency
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of design for visual merchandising and print
  • Strong knowledge of retail print production, typography, grid systems, UI/UX, and responsive design frameworks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
  • Passion for and understanding of current skincare and beauty trends
  • Awareness of digital and print design trends
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
  • Driven to excel and succeed; self-motivated
  • Team player that thrives on collaboration
  • Motion graphics, CGI, AI experience a plus
