Who We're Looking For: A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Education:

College Degree (or equivalent Baccalaureate degree) in IT related field

Experience:

3+ years of experience

Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Excellent people skills

Other Requirements:

Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and backup systems
Proficiency in and maintenance of technology and application skills
Mastery of the English language - written and spoken
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel when necessary
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously


Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will ensure Hillmann's IT infrastructure and applications are reliable, secure, and strategically aligned with our business goals. This role supports internal employees by resolving IT issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and implementing company-wide technology policies and initiatives.

Implement and maintain policy compliance.
Troubleshoot employee IT issues.
Ensure Hillmann's IT infrastructure and applications are reliable, secure, and strategically sound, reflecting our business needs and creating value for Hillmann and our customers.
Anticipate future network needs and identify proactive solutions.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions.
Enforce IT policies.
Track all laptops and prepare equipment inventory.
Prepare timesheets and expense reports (as applicable) via daily entry in Hillmann's computer system.
Create/ manage/ eliminate email address.
Manage email groups.
Troubleshoot complaints.
Maintain equipment database of employee assigned computers, the computer age, date provided.
Set up computers with appropriate software, virus protection, server connections, emails, etc.
Implement equipment rotation program as directed by executive management.
Ship computers once set up.
Ensure backup of personal computers on a regular basis.
Ensure personal computers have software upgrades on a regular basis.
Maintain equipment database of employee-assigned technology.
Install new office phones, as necessary.
Maintain equipment database of office inventory.
Keep phone directory/ extension directory up to date.
