Supervisor, Coating (Manufacturing)



Description:

Supervise coating operators, ensure processes are in compliance with cGMP and SOP.

Schedule:

2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am Monay to Friday

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise 100% cGMP & Compliance during complete operation of coating.
  • Train all coating operators for Amneal SOP's
  • Control and maintain tracking of batch records.
  • Review and verify all coating use log book for correct data entry.
  • Plan and execute coating operation as per monthly planning
  • Review batch record and provide to next department on time.
  • Train coating operators for safety parameters during operation of coating
  • Prevent Mix up, Cross Contamination during coating
  • Communicate to engineering department on Dust Collector clean up
  • Must monitor room temperature and humidity on environmentally sensitive products
  • Maintain In-process Check Control during coating process
  • Must follow up on Amneal Coating CAPA
  • Check Calibration status of all scale, balance, and equipment (Routine)
  • No 483
  • No warning letters
  • No repeat failures
  • Work subject to but not limited to.
  • If an employee observes anything wrong during the manufacturing process of any drugs, must inform management ASAP


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned.
 

Education:

  • High School or GED - Required

Experience:

  • 2 years or more in Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing.

Skills:

  • Supervising a group of employees. -
  • Maintain high level of accuracy. -
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding terminology of the job. -
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal procedures or instructions -
  • Have basic math and mechanical skills -
  • Ability to operate forklift and pallet movers. -
