Marketing Specialist (Marketing)
Job Summary
Facilitate the promotion of the products for the division. Communicate and provide support to the field for conversions. Educate the sales teams by providing support and product knowledge of the items and facilitate changes when required. Support the development of marketing materials for the business as well as partner with other leaders to provide assistance.Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain company product line including but not limited to; new item set-up, maintain purchasing information records (PIR's) and management of inventory.
Assist in development and launch of new products including packaging design, literature, internal and external marketing publications and presentation materials.
Partner with the divisional team and other Medline departments to improve operational systems, processes and policies.
Create gap analyses and business reviews in support of divisional Sales Directors.
Perform market analyses on competitor product, pricing and strategy to identify opportunities to expand the business.
Assist in the development and execution of focused sales targeting and implementations.
Assist in identification and implementation of new product additions and line extensions.
Provide sales support functions for the Acute Care and Ambulatory Surgery Center customers and sales representatives.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
Associate's Degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least two years' experience in customer service, marketing or sales operations.
Additional
Advanced skill level in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications -
Associate's Degree in marketing or business.
SAP experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$52,520.00 - $73,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
