OUR PLATFORM

Activision has world-renowned entertainment and video game franchises, spanned across genres and embedded in global pop culture. Our current IP includes, but is not limited to, Call of Duty, Crash Bandicoot, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater. As a member of Marketing Creative, Activision's internal creative team, you will help bring these franchises to life as we develop campaigns and build creative.

YOUR MISSION
As a Creative Producer, you will take charge of project management and production for multiple brands and franchises, demonstrating proficiency in handling a fast-paced environment. Your role extends to maintaining a seamless project pipeline, fostering robust partnerships, and adopting a strategic, forward-looking approach to franchise development. Crucially, you will play a pivotal role in propelling workflows forward, ensuring cohesive collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and delivering top-notch work punctually. Your ability to thrive amidst a high-volume workload with dynamic priorities and deadlines, coupled with your comfort in orchestrating collaboration with various stakeholders, will be essential in successfully steering projects to completion.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate communication with Dev Team, Partners, and internal teams to track build status, issues, features, and updates.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of development terms (e.g., build, HUD, UX, UI).
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while open to direction and feedback.
  • Familiarity with best practices for Social and Paid Media initiatives.
  • Provide project leadership, fostering relationships with marketing, development, and creative teams.
  • Prioritize and ensure quality of deliverables in line with standards and business objectives.
  • Clearly communicate expectations and delivery dates to all teams providing assets.
  • Anticipate and address potential threats, adjusting schedules to meet final project due dates.
  • Coordinate tools development and scheduling between Marketing Creative and Game Team.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Route creative materials to stakeholders, tracking approvals and revisions.
  • Review materials for compliance with technical requirements, brand guidelines, and legal standards.
  • Proven experience managing multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Represent Marketing Creative in cross-functional meetings, disseminating information and clarifying next steps.
  • Create and implement processes to enhance project management and workflow efficiency.
  • Address urgent partner issues with composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.

PLAYER PROFILE

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in production, account, operational, and/or project management, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising environment working with creative teams
  • Able to handle multiple assets under tight deadlines while remaining organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects at a time
  • Working knowledge of video game production and capture a plus, but not required
  • A passion for video games and video game culture
  • Must be able to interact well under pressure with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Must be extremely organized and have experience tracking and/or trafficking a high volume of assets
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple approval channels
  • Able to work in Hybrid Work environment

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
