HUD Specialist (Personal Services)

A. Oversees all agency HUD projects, including managing the boards of directors.
B. Assists with developing and monitoring accounting systems for agency HUD projects.
C. Assists in developing HUD budgets and variance analyses.
D. Assists management with HUD audits.
E. Files appropriate reports to government agencies, including HUD & IRS.
F. Supervises HUD project maintenance staff and works with EastRidge staff to maintain all HUD facilities.
G. Works with various HUD agencies, HUD property owners, and EastRidge staff to ensure smooth operations.
H. Ensures that tenants are safe & works with Service Coordinators, tenants, and guardians to ensure that annual recertifications are completed in a timely manner in accordance with HUD regulations.
I. Updates HUD forms in accordance with HUD regulations & maintains files.
J. Submits accurate time sheets and leave requests to supervisor for approval in a timely manner.
K. Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
L. Attends training as required, including occasional overnight travel.
