The Lead Account Manager drives sales and identifies and generates opportunities for customers at the aftermarket and OEM level. This person will foster client satisfaction by providing the strongest level of service to our customers.As the Lead Account Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing key client accounts and driving sales growth.YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of Sales/Customer Territory Experience with large value customers

  • Extensive experience in selling industrial, tangible products
  • Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: Min to Max $129,000-193,0000

  • Develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc.
  • Provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops
  • Manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system
  • Analyze competitive intelligence and market trends
  • Responsible for forecasting and Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.
  • Drive business growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers by using push and pull demand strategies
  • Deliver value by forging new strategic relationships and maintaining current relationships.
  • Ensure future business success by training next generation of sales professionals
