Food and Beverage Manager - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)

At the iconic Signia by Hilton Atlanta , we are seeking food and beverage manager to join our team! This exciting new luxury hotel is the destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as their backdrop, this 976-room property is showcasing soul of Atlanta in a whole new way!

This position will report to the assistant director of outlets and oversee the fourth-floor dining options (Homespun, Nest and In-Room Dining) as well as the seasonal pool bar, Highball. Three supervisors and as many as 25 hourly team members per shift report to this role.

The ideal candidate for this position will have minimum two years of experience as either an assistant manager or manager at a hotel with multiple outlets that see high volume. Please note that this position will be primarily PM shifts, starting between 3-4 PM!

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
• Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. #LI-GL1
