As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the dealership for every guest who walks into our service drive. You'll listen, lead, and communicate with confidence to ensure our guests get the care they deserve -- and our technicians get the info they need to perform at their best.
We're growing and looking for a polished, people-first advisor who thrives on providing clarity and confidence during the service experience.

What You'll Do

Greet every guest professionally and proactively, setting a tone of care and hospitality
Listen closely to customer concerns and translate symptoms into technician-ready repair orders
Review inspections and service recommendations with transparency and credibility
Communicate repair status updates and estimated timelines via phone, text, and in-person
Guide customers through warranty, maintenance, and upsell opportunities
Close repair orders and collect payment with clarity and professionalism
Help maintain high CSI and repeat guest retention through personal follow-up

What We're Looking For

2+ years of service advising experience at a dealership or high-volume independent shop
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of basic automotive systems and maintenance cycles
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar service software
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
High integrity and a proactive, team-first attitude
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
