Executive Communications and Keynote Operations Manager (Finance)

From top to bottom, NVIDIA is passionate about improving our craft every day and we're looking for a Live Broadcast & Production Manager to lead the execution of live events and broadcast productions, including keynotes, product launches, corporate communications, and hybrid experiences. This role is central to delivering technically sound, visually compelling, and operationally flawless live broadcasts, working across internal teams, vendors, and platforms. What you'll be doing:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of live broadcast productions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Build and manage detailed production timelines, technical cue sheets, and run-of-show documents tailored for broadcast execution.
- Partner closely with executive producers, technical directors, video engineering teams, and control rooms to design and implement multi-camera broadcast setups.
- Manage technical rehearsals and live shows, ensuring smooth transitions, real-time decision-making, and redundancy planning.
- Coordinate encoding, streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Vimeo, private CDNs), and ensure delivery across global time zones and audiences.
- Troubleshoot live broadcast issues on the fly, maintaining composure and resolving problems in high-stakes environments.
- Lead show day operations including comms routing, crew management, talent prep, and broadcast integrity checks.
- Maintain compliance with streaming standards, copyright/licensing, and accessibility (e.g., captions, language feeds).
What we need to see:
- Creative and dedicated individual with 5 to 7 years experience in the live-event, broadcast or creative agency, passionate about the tech-industry is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to multitask, be detailed oriented and extremely organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure and driving teams to implement
- Collaboration with dynamic senior executives and stay calm in fast paced situations
- Able to work independently and follow process with minimal supervision
- Being comfortable with change and working in an ever evolving team
- Must be available to travel for week-long periods about four-five times per year

The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 224,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
