Chief Of Staff (Finance)

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and serve as a key member of the Executive Team. This is a high-impact role that will help bring clarity and momentum to the company's most important initiatives. This role will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to drive critical projects forward, ensure alignment, and deliver results across the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO-helping to clarify priorities, develop strategies, and turn ideas into executable plans.
  • Manage and lead high-priority projects, often cross-functional in nature, from concept through execution.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to align around objectives, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
  • Prepare and coordinate board and investor materials in collaboration with the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
  • Simplify complex topics or initiatives into clear frameworks, action plans, or communications.
  • Help refine and reinforce the CEO's vision across teams by ensuring consistency in strategy, focus, and follow-through.
  • Support the CEO's operating rhythm - facilitating sessions, key meetings, and follow-ups on strategic initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • MBA strongly preferred, with 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, law, or similar leadership role in a global, high-growth operating environment.
  • Highly strategic, analytical, and action-oriented; able to zoom between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity, synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders, and driving clarity and decisions.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills-especially in creating high-quality executive and board materials.
  • Strong relationship builder with executive presence and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Low ego, high drive; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
