Long Lines is a Schurz Communications company that operates a growing Broadband and Fiber network that provides a full suite of residential, business, and wholesale carrier product solutions consisting of high-speed data, internet, video, and voice services. Long Lines is seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and innovation. The successful person will oversee the local go-to-market strategy and have overall responsibility for customer service, employee recruiting and retention, engineering/operations, sales, financial management, community/government public relations, and local marketing engagement. The selected leader will inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while achieving financial & operational results within the expanding service markets in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Title: President & General Manager – Long Lines Broadband
Location: Sergeant Bluff, Iowa
Rate: $185,000 - $260,000 annually, plus management incentives
Full-Time/Part Time: Full-Time
Reporting to: President, Schurz Broadband Group
