As a Ship and Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of shipments and receipts. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in our supply chain.
You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-Site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations by managing the flow of materials and products. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will enhance our ability to meet customer demands and improve service levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and coordinate the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, and assist in inventory management.
