Reservations Agent (Finance)
This role involves managing reservations, coordinating with different departments, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.
Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and manage hotel reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Ensure accurate entry of reservation details into the hotel management system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and special accommodations.
- Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences.
- Monitor room availability and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and payment processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with booking concerns.
- Maintain reservation records and generate reports for management.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, operations, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
