Academic Program Specialist EUP (Finance)



Dual Enrollment is a part-time program, available to qualified students throughout their high school years. Students may take 1-3 USF classes a semester, conducted on any of its campuses, online, or at selected high schools. Early Admission is a full-time program, available to qualified students in their senior years of high school. Students take 4-5 classes each semester of their senior year, instead of attending high school.

This position provides administrative coordination for assigned Dual Enrollment or Early Enrollment programs, serving as a point of contact to students, prospective students, school districts, and parents on matters related to a course program enrollment, program requirements, policies and procedures, and other program matters as assigned.This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Experience in Higher Education or school districts. Communicates with students and other stakeholders such as counselors, parents, and school district administrators as well as internal stakeholders'. Schedules appointments and prepares student files and prospective courtesy faculty for processing.
2. Creates communication letters, emails and templates, marketing brochures to submit for coordination approval and development to such offices as Communications and Marketing, Digital Learning, and Innovative Education, etc.
3. Monitors and analyze data by creating spreadsheets for varies stakeholders to include finance, EUP office, and others about the program. Uses data driven decision making to project short and long term goals based on data and convey data to stakeholders using such tools like pivot tables, smart tables or other visuals to access and grow the program.
4. Engages in research to enhance the EUP Office by conducting Internet searches to reveal innovative ways to improve the process. Will assist as needed in maintaining basic Website and EUP Web Page content making adjustments, fixing hyperlinks, etc. Apply
