What you will be doing:
The Financial & Credit Reporting Analyst will work closely with our Senior Financial Analyst and AVP Credit Reporting team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting as well as complete requests extended by Executive Management, various business lines, and regulators.
- Assist in the monthly analysis of the Wintrust Loan Datamart to ensure loan and lease data integrity
- Perform overdrafts reporting, pricing model exception reporting, niche business line reporting and board package distribution
- Various credit risk monitoring analysis to assist Executive Management with monitoring efforts
- Participate in the quarterly close cycle
- Facilitate past due sign off procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
- Excel, Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience
