POSITION SUMMARY:

The Campaign & Communications Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Director of Marketing & Communication to support both Retail and Human Service programs. This position ensures consistent messaging across all channels, enhances brand recognition through creative campaigns, and communicates Goodwill SWPA's impact to internal and external audiences. This role also coordinates events such as grand openings and monitors campaign performance to guide future marketing strategies. Collaboration with stakeholders, data analysis, and staying current on industry trends are key components of the position.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement marketing campaigns for retail promotions
  • Coordinate the promotional calendar and advertising plans in conjunction with the Director of Marketing & Communications
  • Plan and execute events such as store grand openings
  • Work with Human Services program teams to develop creative strategies to recruit clients and reach each program's recruitment numbers
  • Assist in crafting and distributing internal communications
  • Track performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns

External Hiring Range: $22.11-$24.51/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications/Marketing or related field desired and 2+ years of related experience
  • Associates Degree in Communications/Marketing or related field desired and 3+ years of related experience
  • High school diploma/equivalent and 5+ years of related experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator & InDesign
  • Proven track record in assisting with successful marketing campaigns

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in Constant Contact, PowerBi and/or Canva
  • Retail or customer service experience a plus

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH).
