Materials Mgmt Analyst II (Finance)



You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location on a Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of the supply chain by ensuring timely procurement and management of materials, which is crucial for meeting production deadlines and enhancing customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solve material related problems
  • Ensure timely material ordering
  • Engineering Change Requests
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Participate and lead line of balance meeting with procurement and production
  • Provide data and analysis
  • Escalate shortages and potential shortages
  • Open Order Report-Action messages
  • Past Due order Reports-follow up with Buyer
  • Shortage/Expediting

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100 - $95,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.As a Materials Management Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will support the global supply chain network, manage information on capacity, and improve supply chain planning & execution. You will balance supply and demand and ensure executable schedules. You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location on a Onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in materials management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP Systems/SAP
  • Experience in procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
